Responsibilities:
Complete preparation of new and used marine vessels for customer purchase, showroom floor, and delivery at a pristine level Wash, wax, and buff boats, using buffers, hoses, vacuums, pressure washers, and other equipment to meet service expectations Clean interior and exterior of product Quarterback with Management on quantity and quality of work within schedule Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness Manage the daily schedules of the detail team of 3-5 team members Maintain a clean and safe environment Maintaining organization and cleanliness on our sales and service lots Assist other departments as needed or on special help projects Qualifications & Expectations Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members' objectives Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed Proves reliability and discipline by following all timekeeping rules Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments, and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat Preserves the professional image of the dealership through cleanliness Effective detailing and cleaning of all assigned units Positive interaction with all team members Attention to Detail, Ability to learn about boats, Follow directions Lift 10 lbs infrequently, Standing, Climbing, Constant use of Hands, Outdoors.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
