SIMPLY BETTER REALTY, LLC is seeking an experienced superintendent to maintain two supportive housing buildings located in the Bronx.
The buildings have a total of 121 units.
The position will report directly to the property manager.
Skilled Job Functions:
1.
General repairs:
plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry.
2.
Handle repairs and complaints in a timely manner.
3.
Inspecting Apartments Annually or as needed.
4.
Clean out and basic repairs of vacant apartments (cleaning, light fixtures, outlets, appliances and etc).
5.
Supervising and working with the porter to complete daily maintenance requirements.
Education & Skills:
1.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
2.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive housing environment.
3.
Ability to read and write.
4.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
5.
Ability to communicate through email.
