Duties include showing apartments and taking leasing applications, updating social media and ads, event hosting, customer service, answering phones, general office duties, resident move-ins, taking maintenance/resident requests.
Leasing or similar industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of Appfolio or other property management software a plus.
Must be professional, work well with a team, be customer service oriented, and have a pleasant personality.
Hourly pay to commensurate with candidate's level of experience, plus leasing commissions.
