Prior office/manufacturing experience a plus! Must have reliable and stable transportation, be punctual, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile to provide the best customer service possible.
This is challenging yet rewarding position for the right candidate! We're looking for someone who can create a relationship with their sales reps, accomplish any and all obstacles encountered, and keep calm under pressure.
JOB DUTIES:
- Use DDI order entry software to process orders received via phone, fax, and email by reviewing prior customer sales history to confirm correct part numbers, pricing, and shipping method.
-Work with sales representatives located in Taylor, MI via phone and email on order accuracy:
using the system to confirm correct part numbers, check current pricing with appropriate margins applied as well as verify correct purchase prices with vendors, compose price quotes at sales' direction, update several Excel spreadsheets used to monitor current floor inventory -Follow up on order status by completing weekly Open Order Reports and when requested by customer.
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, current pricing, lead times, in a timely manner.
-Contacting sales rep for new item inquiries, price changes, and any questions regarding a new order prior to entering it in the system.
-Log all orders entered on appropriate warehouse order log and email/fax the order log at the end of each day.
-Share end-of-day duties with 2nd closing CSR including but not limited to:
locking up warehouse, filling printers and fax machine, setting alarm code, etc.
-Provide Purchasing Dept.
with correct part, pricing, freight info, and vendor information for back ordered items and items shipping direct from vendor -Assist other customer service representatives (CSRs) with data entry when needed.
-Other duties as assigned by management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
