Entry level is not welcomed for this position at this pay rate Individual must be hard working, punctual, flexible and able to learn new systems and must be able to take direction along with initiative in their department.
_ Job Responsibilities Sale of parts to the customer over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program Customer focus, with a friendly attitude Participate in all training programs that are made available Excellent written and verbal communication Basic computer skills Keep current on new products and product updates Deliver parts as needed Bring on new wholesale accounts work to increase throughput in the repair shop Verify parts on order via special ordered parts tracking and work with service to maintain a clean SOR schedule.
