Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities - Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or security breaches, in a timely and appropriate manner - Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities as required - Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred - Valid First Aid and CPR certification is a plus - Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems (CCTV) is desirable - Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks or threats - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective conflict management - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong sense of integrity Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
