This part-time role will work approximately 25 hours per week in-office at our Huron, Ohio location.

Configure equipment and prepare shipment for new employees Prepare shipments for employees who need replacement equipment Assist in maintaining IT Asset inventory Providing desktop, equipment and network assistance by troubleshooting and providing recommended problem-solving steps Monitor and Update Ticketing System Desired Skills and
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associate's degree, or equivalent education Efficient troubleshooting abilities Good organization, time management and prioritization Windows and Mac OS knowledge These qualifications are general guidelines for success, however, we understand that not all candidates will have experience in each area.
