Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly - Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes - Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.
